Details

Dived the wreckage of  Hawker Siddeley 748 series 2a constructors number 1624. Thus aircraft seems to have started life with the civil aviation authority as a navigation , calibration  and trial s aircraft. G-AVXJ spent some time with James aviation, later to evolve into Emerald Airways in the express parcels business.. Her airworthiness certificate expired on 22 August 1998 and was broken up in May 2004. The wreckage now lies in depths from 12 - 26 metres after being sunk with the help of the royal engineers.
